Actually I can't clealy define what is the difference between condo & apartment in thailand.

Well, I am looking forward to rent a 2 room condo/apartment (near sukhumvit) It would be nice if I can find Indian community & stores around there too.

What can be the approximate monthly rent charges & available facilities? :o

Condo(minium) and apartment are the same.
