Entertainers cannot be presenters for cosmetics surgery businesses if they were given free services

BANGKOK: -- Cosmetics surgery hospitals or clinics which provide free services to entertainers in exchange for using them as presenters for their businesses are deemed as a violation against the hospital advertisements law and will be liable to a fine not exceeding 20,000 baht and another 10,000 baht fine per day until such advertisements are halted.

PHUKET: -- Phuket officials have given the owner of a hotel at Paradise Beach, south of Patong, 30 days to remove the offending structure for encroaching on public land.
