Visa charges

The payable Visa Charge should be made either by Cashier’s Cheque purchased in Bangkok or Nonthaburi, Samutprakarn provinces; or by Bank Draft purchased in Thailand payable to Australian Embassy Bangkok in Thai Baht.

Personal cheques and credit cards are not accepted.

Click here for information regarding the medical check up.

You don't need a form from the Embassy for the police check up. Yes, it takes about 10 days but with a little donation under the table to the officer, it can be ready for the next day.

I can't help you regarding the December Embassy holiday. I would assume that they would be open on the dates you have listed, but to be sure, I suggest you either give them a ring or check their web site.

The VFS office will issue a cashiers cheque for you....cash only, no credit cards or personal cheques.
