ttthailand
Not surprised that dumb Donald would say he would debate and then change his mind. It is almost a sure bet that when he opens his mouth he will talk crap and then have to backtrack. Hahaha.... He is going to really make America look like a bunch of <deleted> if he gets in office. They will have to hook up some type of shock device to him so when he starts to wonder off course when talking to the press or in a public meeting they can give him a shock, like training a bad dog Just think if everyone acted like trump, what a terrible world it would be ..... It would be a first though. The first President with both Turrets Syndrome and Intermittant Explosive Disorder. His low IQ will be the only thing keeping the Turrets from being funny, otherwise it might be entertaining.
coma
This is a bad call by Trump and his advisers. I smell an ambush. Sanders will be lucky to get the democrat nod the way it stands. So why would Trump risk it ? I know he like shooting from the hip but this is just plain "not cool" if he wants to win. This may well be a bit of good old fashion political gang warfare from the democrats. Bernie is probably planning to use the debate to flame Trump more so than to raise his own prospects of a shot in the Oval Office. Trump should be holding out on any debate until the democrat nomination is set in stone. Proceed with extreme caution my friend. You called this right, coma. Bernie will toast Trump. Bernie knows what he's talking about. Trump knows nothing. This can only end badly for Trump. He's just incapable of having a respectable debate with anyone other than the rest of the old wingnut candidates. The ones that all believe the same nonsense he does. Get rid of Obamacare, outlaw abortion, we need more war, immigrants are ruining everything, American needs to do less about climate change, rich pay too many taxes. Oh boy! This will be fun. I'm not a Bernie fan, but he'll take care of business. Trump will be way out of his league. I'll be surprised but elated if this happens. He's already backed down. Right. Good move. willyumiii
If Trump was foolish enough to show up ( and I understand he has chickened out and backed down already ) he would do nothing but scream "SOCIALIST" every time Bernie made him look like a fool Even though Trump does not know the real meaning of the word socialist. His supporters, even more intellectually challenged than the Donald himself, would cheer him on and probably start hitting people. It would be as entertaining as a reality show.. That is to say, not very entertaining at all.

willyumiii
Heh, Trump's debating skills are second to none. 'Been found out'? Don't think so! Trump has not been in a real debate yet. The Republican had no real debates this year, they only take cheap shots at each other , act tlke children, and push hot emotional buttons to impress their uninformed followers. They have never addressed any of the real issues The Democratic debates have been mature discussions about the issues that are important to the future of the country. Trump doesn't even know about these real issues. He only knows that he is fantastic...in everything. He has absolutely no debating skills at all! You are counting your chickens way too early Chuckd At this point, anything can still happen in the 2016 presidential election. In fact, it is not unthinkable that both Trump and Hillary could be indited for unethical acts they have both commited and be barred from running! Where would that leave the two parties? Bernie still has a chance at the nomination and polls show he he way ahead of Trump...Hillary is not. When it is time for the convention, the democrats and their "super delegates" will need to decide if they want a democratic candidate who can beat Trump or not. Hillary was a sure thing before, when Obama beat her...remember? And as for losers, you seem to be ignoring an important fact. The republican party has not won three of the four past presidential elections! ( Yes, Bush only one one term, his first was given to him by the Biased supreme court) and not by the voters) So,before you start pointing and yelling "losers" you should take a look at recent history. I meant Chuckd..sorry. Edited May 28, 2016 by willyumiii

Trump has gone thru multitudes of pretenders and debated the ass off them to survie top of the heap! He hasn't debated anything, he's just thrown insults at them and they've all shown that they are incapable of responding. By the time Rubio called it as it is it was too late. “Here’s the guy that inherited $200 million. If he hadn’t inherited $200 million, you know where Donald Trump would be right now? Selling watches in Manhattan," Rubio said. When he's one on one with someone asking him serious policy questions he's screwed in my book. I'm quite looking forward to it. Of course his "advisors" might just suggest he pulls out of the Presidential debates altogether. After all, being an ar$e hasn't hurt him so far, has it? The way debates are handled in US politics are nonsense anyway. They give the "moderators" too much leeway to handpick "gotcha" questions that satisfy their networks bias but rarely have anything to do with real issues. Then, they throw softballs at the candidate their network endorses.. Very little real rebuttal & argument is allowed. Then, if their candidate stumbles, the moderator might step in to help as Candy Crowley did for Obama in 2012. Better they pick a couple of key issue topics for each debate. Give each candidate 5-10 minutes to provide an un-interrupted opening commentary laying out their position and then turn them loose on each other
