June 13, 20169 yr If only I had numbers. I assume that the standard pickup models (with manual gear, no bells/whistles) are the cheapest? (even if their tyres/rims/batteries are bigger/more expensive). This includes the locally built Ford pickups. For the brand names it is obvious that the locally manufactured Japanese brands are cheapest (Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Honda, Suzuki, Isuzu pickups). For the locally assembled Merc's and BMW's: if have no idea except that they are "much more" expensive. Imported models: way out, but what do these buyers care about cost Just read a German report about BMW 7 type. Even the predecessor model (as 2nd hand) is bloody expensive to maintain. Without original BMW workshop/equipment you can do almost nothing. You can not even change the battery as usual. It has to be "conditioned" (learning)
