sweatalot
6 people have all been accused of theft by the woman but the police never investigate her claims, it would appear then that the police and the court are happy to go along with her lies. Justice system? Thailand does not have one and never will because the country is stuck in the feudal era of the robber barons where the poor have no rights and are subject to the whims of the rich and elite. People who speak out are putting their lives at risk, forced disappearance, gunned down, imprisoned, charged with breaking "flexible" laws, physically threatened, tortured. The elite/rich can simply do as they please without any checks because money is power and prestige, the country has never left its past. Thailand has all the 21st century material things but it's society is still deeply divided being the rich and poor, a chasm that cannot be bridged. Justice system? Thailand does not have one and never will in Europe some centuries ago it was the same, but the Europeans overcame - why do you think the Thai will not? zib
Theory time (only guessing, probably 100% not true) (have to put for libel reasons? ) So this Kai probably owns some bars in the Wan Chai area in Hong Kong. Her "play" to get new staff to the bars is hiring families with atleast 1 beautiful daughter to take care of her house. After she gains their trust she approaches the family saying that their daughter could earn alot of money working at her bars in Hong Kong. Where she would earn atleast 2500 THB per day in "ladydrinks" or 5000-10000 THB per day if she "goes with a customer". This if ofcourse where Lady Kai gets all her money from. When the girl and family refuses she makes up stories that they stole something so that the girls goes to jail and keeps quiet and not discusses anything she learned about her business. Which of course eventually backfires as it now has. Good movie

Baerboxer
Let us up Social Media keeps it going. Maybe it will get picked up by an International paper and cause so much face loss something is done. Her husband must be pretty senior. Hope you're right. She also claimed she's only been to HK twice and got lucky with a massive gambling win there. Now it appears she's had some of that wealth stolen by a procession of domestic servants. Hmmm. So what business links can she prove to substantiate her story? HK will have records, they're pretty good at that. As for hubby, very interesting to see his rank and division. But I guess a phone call advising some low class person pinched very large amount from his missus was enough to get the local BiB into action. Impress a senior etc., and of course, never ever question anything he says, Sounds like they should be facing a raft of charges and if proved and found guilty be facing jail time. But then again, TiT

Moonmoon
video of Lady Gai from her side of the story. some key point to note. She has just appointed an attorney just 2 hrs before the this interview which is the one we see in this video. lady Gai mention that from the 3mil baht case when the alleged thief (mother of Nong Min, Sukanya) went missing she withdrew 1million baht from the bank and left it in the room.upon noticing Sukanya missing, she called up the police without checking to what was missing in her room and invited the police to check her what is in her room. Police reported to lady gai that there is only 150,000 baht in the room and lady Gai then realised her 1mil baht is gone. 2nd case of 10million baht. It has been cleared in this video that the amount missing is not 10million baht, but only 800,000 baht in gold. Same thing. Lady Gai upon discovering that Nong Goy's family are missing from work, went straight to the police without checking to see what was missing. The police contacted Nong Goy's family and the family went straight to the police station and upon finding that the family has nothing on them and Lady Gai has not yet known what was missing n hence no case released them. But according to Lady Gai, she claims Nong Goy family upon reaching the station were very hostile and Nong Goy sister even kick her in the station. and when the police went with lady gai back to her home and check her room, when the police upon checking her safe, she kinda fainted and shock and fell so sick to discover her gold missing that the police had to take that as evidence that gold indeed was missing from the safe cos of her reaction. which was 800,000 baht missing in gold. lady gai claims that her room is always lock and everything kept in her safe. on the day that the theft occured. she claims to have forgotten to lock her safe. and when question on her locked room, she claims nong goy family must have manage to unlock it themselves in a way without forcing open the locked door. lady gai claims to have 13 kids adopted and are helping giving them money for education and living. a worker of hers also called in to give her credit that she is a good person and even sends money to help her even now that she is not working for lady gai anymore. lady claims to have given away 200 million baht in charity. 1 point that i find it strange is that if someone felt that he or she has lost something, money, iphone the initial reaction would be to straightaway go n search n clarify if it is indeed lost by thoroughly searching all last known locations of the missing money or item no matter how small. I find it strange that lady gai when notice ppl missing from her work place does not straight away go n confirm what is missing. but to go n contact the police n invite them to come n do a search of her room or house and then reports what is missing after. for me it goes against human nature. if u have ever lost something or had something stolen from you no matter the amount or the value. you would know that feeling and know what i am talking about. and oh the 10million baht missing was a typo on documents by the police. its 800,000 baht missing now. Moonmoon
in this video both Nong Goy and Nong Min are both interviewed Nong Goy claims innocence and challenges lady gai for cctv video evidence. She mention that just before she decides to escape with her family, she was brought into lady gai's room and threatened lady gai says she is someone of high social standing and knows alot of ppl with power and lady gai has send countless ppl into jail b4. if nong goy does not go to HK, her family will be framed. for Nong Min mother Sukanya, why Sukanya decides to leave her work place is becos Sukanya claims work abuse from Lady Gai. Sukanya has left once b4 after 10 days. but returned after lady gai promises higher pay. Sukanya still cannot stand lady gai's abuse and decided to leave after pay day. on the pay day, lady gai was not in and a policeman as claim by Sukanya came on behalf of lady gai to pay 12000 baht, but Sukanya claims to be owe 15000 baht instead. and another 3000 baht from the previous 10 days. short of 6000baht,an angered Sukanya claims to take a bag of coins belonging to lady gai b4 she left claiming it as pay owed to her. lady gai went to the station to report theft and Sukanya took the bag of coins to the station to return it. Sukanya told her daughter Nong Min she was forced to write statements that she confessed to 3million baht in theft. When Sukanya ask why was this neccessary? lady gai says its to save the face of lady gai's according to Nong Min's mother. Sukanya refused but comply after she claims she was threatened by the police that her family will be implicated and harm if she does not write down the statement. Lawyer Songkran states that how can a typo happened in the case of Nong Goy? when both 10-8million baht worth of missing gold and money was both written down in Thai and Arabic Numerals and not 800,000baht. Songkran also questions the the statement of Sukanya, Nong Min's mother as the language written far surpassed the level of Sukanya's when she only has primary school level education. The language in the confession was very professional and language of a person who knows the law very well. Songkran says that now that its 800,000 baht the case and bail amount for the parents of Nong Goy should now be lightened accordingly. There is 1 more case of NooNa that has happened b4 Nong Goy and a few more that will be surfacing soon from Lawyer Songkran Edited June 29, 2016 by Moonmoon

What a nasty piece of work. But who is going to prosecute her if she has already been through numerous court cases in the past and all believe her story?
