Gyms in Bangkok- is Yokkao any good?

Featured Replies

Hi All,

Wanted an up to date response, am coming to BKK to train, and was wondering what gyms you'd recommend?

I've head Katontip is good ( but seems a bit out of the way)

Sitsongpeenong ( But seems pricey )

The Yokkao one has only been open recently, anyone hear anything? I quite fancy it being central and yes I would pay stupid money to have 1 on 1 tuition with Saenchai...

Bear in mind I'm a woman and a foreigner...I've been to 13 coins before but got ignored... and a couple of smaller gyms but they seem more for fitness and I want to train properly..My gym in london is pretty hardcore and I've had fights, so not a novice but not expert either..

just to add to my previous email; i noticed your question was posted 30 June. I seem to remember seeing your face at Yokkao when I popped down on Monday. Hope its turned out to be what you were looking for. If not feel free to contact me on LINE Lee.bkk

You might want to check out Jittigym in Bangkok.

They have a decent stable of Thai fighters and some high level foreigners training there regularly (from Bad company gym from Leeds and Assassins from Leicester).
