Tourism Confidence Falters; Calls for More Government Support Rise

Hello.

I work for a non-Thai company that currenty has no presence in Thailand.

I was wondering if our company exports goods and services to Thailand, if Foreign Business Act would apply.

The engineering is essential part of goods we wish to sell.

If our servces include engineering, would FBA apply and thus prevented from providing such services in Thailand?

According to FBA, foreigner is a Juristic person not registered in Thailand.(Section 4), and List 3 (9) Engineering services is a business not yet ready to compete with foreign business.

I am also uncertain about the defintion of "engineering services" in FBA.

If we wish to sell the goods and services to Thai company, what should we do?
