NAKHON NAYOK: -- As no local and central government agencies have so far come out to show responsibilities to the death of the poor bull elephant in an electric shock while walking pass an electric post on the road island in Nakhon Nayok town, the police said they were not investigating the cause of death but would question the owner as the law prohibits anyone from bringing elephant to wander around for money.
