Can I bring a year's supply of Testosterone with me to Thailand?

I was wondering if I am allowed to bring a year's supply of testosterone (6 x Nebido 100mg 4ml) with me to Thailand? I am going back to my home country soon where my endocrinologist always prescribes me a year's supply so that I don't have difficulties as I tend to travel a lot.

Last year I came here I brought them with me, but now started wondering that is that actually legal? I know they are not on any controlled substance list and I do have a prescription (it is for testosterone replacement therapy) but I am unsure whether I am allowed to bring them for a whole year?

The reason I don't want to buy them here is that it is easier to supply the receipts from Europe to my insurance - they don't like the handwritten receipts the local pharmacies hand out over here. Secondly, if I get it from a hospital here, the price is ridiculous (around 10k THB for one) and my insurance does not cover 100% of it.

Anyone know?

Yeah that's what I thought too. Just wondered because in my home country for example, you are only allowed to bring max 90 days supply of prescription drugs from outside the EU I think.

There is a mistake, it is 6 x 1000mg 4ml, so 1 shot every 8 weeks, equivalent to 125mg/week.

You are only allowed to bring in 30 day supply to Thailand.

Odds are no one will check, but if they do, that is the rule.

Nebido is available here without prescription. But bringing it is, have the prescription with you and be sure it is clealr ylabelled especiall yas it is an injectable - your biggest problem would be if they suspect it is soemthing else.

you can buy testosterone preparations like sustanon are widely available and cheap in thailand ,

over the counter in many cases so if it gets confiscated you will not be left high and dry ........

should be safe enough to bring in just 4 ampules though ....i wouldnt worry about it at all tbh
