Ginsburg's public Trump critique raises ethical quandaries

Featured Replies

It's clear why Trump and his supporters are so offended by this---Ginsburg is absolutely correct in her assessment. And why the freak won't Trump release his tax returns???!!!

Well, how come she's craw fishing her remarks if that assessment was so correct?

She did not express regret for the content of her remarks but for the remarks themselves.

Many people understand that.

Yes, she apologized for being open and honest with the press because apparently when you are a Judge you cannot be open and honest with the press :P

In any case, Ginsburg's comments were correct and all decent Americans need to speak out now to help block trump from the presidency. As I've said before, this is a what did you do in the war Daddy historical moment, and the war is about stopping trump. Yes, he is THAT bad. Ginsburg gets that. Bernie Sanders, who has had to swallow his pride to endorse Hillary Clinton, also gets that.

If Donald Trump wins, it won't be Ruth Bader Ginsburg who should be ashamed. Anyone who didn't speak up ought to be mortified.

The New York Times editorial board reprimanded the Supreme Court justice Wednesday —“Donald Trump Is Right About Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg” — because it’s in denial about what’s at stake in this election. No one, especially not our wisest and most respected of citizens, will be proud of themselves for having kept quiet if we inaugurate President Trump.

Sounds sorta meely-mouthed to this unbiased poster...whistling.gif
