Well not me. I am proud that I do not eat junk food. But I know many americans who are embarrassed by junk food outlets su h as mccrap and kfc . They know it's a poor reflection on American cuisine and food culture. Junk food is the food of the uneducated and the unhealthy. It's basically poison masquerading as food.

I'm an American Chef and don't feel they are a reflection of American cuisine.

Perhaps American culture and capitalism just as a lot of what's on TV is but that's doesn't make all TV shows bad nor am I as an American personally embarassed by the crap they broadcast.

When I do go back to the USA for a visit I never go to a McDonnell's,Sizzler, KFC, Subway, Pizza Hut or other institutions that the have been imported to Thailand. The USA have local establishments that are far superior to those that I mentioned.
