In an unintended sense I think you are correct, but come on now, it is not because Obama was a community organizer, a term used as just another euphemism for nigger by the far right. A significant part of America, about 30% of the white population, was/is not yet ready to wake up every morning to a Black man as president. It's really terrible and breathtaking. I'm keen on the author Malcolm Gladwell's books, in this case The Tipping Point. Fads abd trends and crowd hysteria do follow near predictable trends, at least key features. Regardless of the causes in the US right now-- real, imagined, contrived, or a mix, the fact is a certain critical mass takes place in crowd dynamics that then steers easily, and often tragically.

The left has long studied this agitprop 'technology;' much of the original work was done by Soviets. They didn't invent this crowd dynamic (swarming), like birds or schools of fish, but they perfected it. I'd argue that the advent of social media effectively obliterates time and space rendering a country like America, for example, essentially a large crowd.

So, whether or not there are just or unjust greviances this 'crowd' is essentially being steered. It certainly has key features of funding and training by organizations known to Shake n Bake revolutions. Example: RevCom Now (communist revolution now). These links cannot be dismissed by emotional charge. There real!

Lastly, it's beyond credulity that these actions, events, and instigations are all conspiring in time and place to leverage agenda. First off, NO police officer in any of the cases under scrutiny EXECUTED anyone. This is exactly the kind of rhetoric that solves nothing and inflames this issues at hand. I don't know where you live but my bet that it is not in the inner city of any major US city. Having been an investigator at one time (1977-1978) for a federal agency and working in some areas that were not always safe, I can tell you first hand that there were times I just decided to come back another day as things did not look good. Now picture police officers that do not have that choice, stopping people for nothing more than a traffic violation and getting attitude, defiance, and downright rude behavior. No police officer is going around stopping black men or women just so he can shoot them and face loss of job or possible legal action. The problem with black lives matter and other outspoken groups (as well as the President) is the failure to recognize there are lots of scumbags out there looking for trouble. Every time a police officer stops a vehicle today he is taking his life in his hands. Unfortunately people like Philando Castile, are just some of the douchbags driving around in cars with a gun on their lap with girlfriend (if that is what you call a bitch more busy taking video than looking after her boyfriend) and child in the car. As more information comes out about this guy the more clear the picture we will have of him. No one is happy that the man died, but how stupid can you be to have a gun next to you in the car. With the fact that police are running scared when they stop someone and adding a gun to the equation, things escalate. I am not defending or blaming the officer until there is a complete investigation and I am willing to wait for that. The officer has killed a man, will probably quit the force whether or not at fault, so I am sure he didn't start his day deciding to go looking for someone to execute. Unfortunately the inner cities are full of bitter black young men many of whom are looking for trouble and associating with those that have been in trouble. It is a no win situation for police. Obama could have been the man to start telling the black community that they have a problem within the community and things can't get any better until they take up the challenge to make it better. Damn, Obama was supposedly a community organizer at one time and it should have been right up his alley.

The delusional claim that mainstream media leans "left" denies the existence of a true leftist movement in America. Please let me know where mainstream media adheres to anything other than either centrist neoliberal ideology or right wing (FOX) ideology. Sanders nudged a smidgen towards some true leftist ideology, but was pretty much ignored by mainstream media until he began to gather some momentum, and he and his supporters have since been dissed by mainstream media. I found it amusing that many mainstream channels declared that Sanders gave Clinton a "full-throated" endorsement when it was pretty clear he gave his endorsement reluctantly. And apart from the occasional media appearance of Cornel West to give the delusion of diversity in mainstream media (he also maintains the myth that leftists are a bit freakish), good luck trying to find true leftists like Chomsky or Chris Hedges, "renegade" economists like Hudson or Keen, not to mention any Marxists, with any regularity on mainstream media. Besides, the true focus of the real left is the political economy and not the side show issues of immigration, racism, guns, or where transgender people go to take a piss. And none of the mainstream media dares to touch upon the subject of the political economy and thus piss of the corporate elites who are only too happy to see the lower classes divided over these secondary and controversial social issues.
