This one is directed to Bronco and Dr PP, and ofcourse anyone else that has the info or input.

I have collected evidence for showing Australian Immigration in Thailand of our marriages in both AU and TH. Have also collected as many photos as possible, emails and chat sessions (headers only for emails) Married in AU over 2 years now (just), relationship documented back as far as May 1998.

Also gathering letters of support from various business people that have know us both, been to our wedding in AU. Do these need to be counter signed by a JP? Do I need a Stat. Dec. as well for anything?

The evidence I have saved in VCD format of the weddings, and also on playable CD. All the photos are in a slideshow also saved on CD. I hope they have means of viewing these.

Headers for emails printed out on paper, chat sessions saved on CD as text files (too big to print out)

Other documents i.e. AU Land Title Deeds, Citizenship, birth certificate, marriage certificate extract, etc are all copied and witnessed by a JP. Will bring originals too.

Photos of self and wife??? Not sure how many needed and what the criteria for these.

Bank account details, what do they want in this regard? I do not have a passbook, all details come on a monthly statement only.

Forms 40sp and 47sp I have downloaded and filled in using Photoshop, and have printed out on single-sided paper, are these acceptable or do they want the original forms filled in on double sided paper? (I know this is very petty, but I have read the other posts)

Have I forgotten anything???

Thanks for the help so far guys.

I don't think that will suffice. You should also get Steven Spielberg to make a trilogy of your life to date (with Sean Penn and Tata Young starring as you and your wife) and have a blockbuster premiere in New York.

just kidding :D

sounds like you have oodles of "proof".If anything I would suggest presenting all the information you have in an easy to navigate/browse form(ie; well bound, indexed etc...) for the immy officer.Crafted in such a way that those most compelling documents/"proof items" strike the immy officers attention first.
