Detox Retreat in the Islands in Thailand?

My Sister is thinking of doing a detox retreat for one of the two weeks of her holiday to Thailand at Christmas.

Would anyone know of any good ones maybe in the Islands by any chance!?

The liver functions as the sole detox agent in the body, nothing else can be done to improve on that detoxification process other than people who sell you on the idea that it is possible. Do your research. alternatively, spend loads of money to arrive at the same point..
