Featured Replies

For over a week now my ADSL is not linking and despite daily calls to TOT and even a visit to their office they claim that it is down all over Thailand. Is this for real? Does anyone else in Phuket have this problem. writing this on a 56k which works...but is soooooo sloooooow :o

Works for me here in Kathu, not that fast but................... :o

May be tomorrow it's my turn again.

I'm off the Bypass just up from Tesco and sometimes its no go..

Friends in Kathu say it's worse there..

i'm in Phuket Town and mine has been down for a week and before that was intermittent for about a month :o

i hope TOT pull their finger out soon.

You all go to their office in CENTRAL first floor and speak to the manager(sitting in a small attached office), that's what I did.

We've all bought a product for 24/7 and when their service is down for a week that means 25% less service but they are expecting us to pay 100%.

I did this a couple of times cause I was tired to hear:

-our staff comes tomorrow for check

-staff not work cause Princess comes to Phuket

-not enough staff

-I not speak English, solly Sir

-manager not stay, he go home, please come back tomollo

After 19 days without ADSL the guy finally showed up - changed the modem and in 5 minutes It's back. 19 days wait for 5 minute repair. At least it is working now. Thanks for confirming that NO it is not broken all over Thailand.
