Adding Attachments I.e. Pictures To Posts.

Featured Replies

Hi

Managed this with no problems in the past on UK computer, however now on line in LOS and seems I am incapable of doing it :D

I find the picture I wish to attach via the browse button, usually in "my pictures" attach it via the add this attachment button and thats as far as I get, it then reverts to my post without the option to add it in that I am used to and of course no attachment to the post.

Any ideas?

Did you click on the "Add into post" option?

Also, have a look at the pinned topic in Forum Support.

Hi again

Have read pinned tips on forum about adding pics and following Thomas Mertons post 5 ( which is the way I have used successfully in the past)

But once again I can only get as far a clicking the add this attachment stage

When the page reloads it reverts to the post that I am in the process of writing, without giving me any opportunity to add into post as described in 3 of TM's post.

Could the problem be in the settings on "My Pictures" on my computer? Sorry to be so naive but me and computers are not really compatible :o

Could the problem be in the settings on "My Pictures" on my computer?

I doubt it... :o

Here... I'll try one...

Click Browse next to File Attachments, select file from My Pictures (or any other location on your PC), click Open, click Add this Attachment, then click a location in your post to put the cursor where you want to add the attachment, then click Add into Post.

You should see a message such as [attachmentid= nnnnn] where you have nominated your attachment location.

Finally cracked it by saving pics in my docs rather than using Fujipix viewer, perhaps that is not compatible with TV site.

PS Like Thai security pic!!!
