Hi everyone. I just want to know if I can just submit the photocopy of certified correct English translation of marriage certificate together with the original Thai marriage certificate for my Uk spouse visa. The original certified correct English translation was taken by UKVI during my last visa application. Thanks.

They should have returned it after the last application, providing of course that you provided a copy at the time.

In theory you should always include an original document, maybe submit the copy with a note saying that the original was retained at the last application.

If you decide to get another translation I can recommend the lady at Zenith Translations on Chidlom. Very friendly and at 300 baht a page cheaper than some others.
