I'm a frequent visitor, rent a scooter every time I'm there. Get a ticket for no motorcycle license every time I'm there. Fully intended to get motorcycle license in my home country but sped up my travel plans leaving me without again.  I don't like skirting the law and am willing to pay for a license there or course or whatever is needed. Any information would be helpful. Cheers.
