This was the only bank to my knowledge not charging anything for cash withdrawals, but as of now,  there is a 180b fee, unless you use a citibank master/visa card.

Is there any other bank in bangkok with no fee for withdrawals?

You are talking about using foreign ATM cards - Thai banks do not change for withdrawals from your account here if done in the same area as your bank.

Hello, interesting topic.
I withdraw at Citibank about 3 or 4 times in August without the 180 Baht fee.
The last time about end of August they charged the fee.
So I'm wondering if they just recently introduced the fee or if they have a limit for withdrawal per month?
Anyone know about this?
I might ask inside the bank the next time.

Another question, where is a branch of the Bank of China?
The charge no fee to all visa cards?

Regards

Bank of China.

Last time I mixed up between two banks.
I went to ICBC and they charged the fee.
But now I obviously see that ICBC is not Bank of China...

Super, thanks!

I was the one bringing up the BANK OF CHINA thing here some months ago and can confirm that as per mid-August, the no-fee-withdrawals are still in place. MasterCard only, though. Not heard of any successful VISA or Cirrus withdrawal until now
