Where are you?.............If the Uk you just need a completed application form , postal order to cover fee and 2? colour passport photos........also send in special delivery envelope if applying by post and enclose a return envelope

oooppss......almost forgot dont forget to send your passport as well (with at least 6 months left before expiry on it.

dr?......course i did forget to add if visit is less than 30 days and from an approved country (see your local thai consulate website) you will get a entry stamp valid for 30 days automatically providing you have 6 months validity on your passport and return air ticket. What does confuse me a little is how you have the nickname "ic laew" (phonetic thai) but have asked a fairly basic visa question? Maybe i/m just getting paranoid.
