Hi All,

 

I'm looking for a cheap barbell (no weights) to bring to use in the condo's fitness room.  The fitness room already has weights and I am looking for a bar that I just hide away in my condo and bring in on the days for cleans and deadlifts.  In fact, I am wondering if a DIY solution is possible using a steel bar.  Probably will not use over 70kg of added weight on the bar.  Has anyone with experience making a diy bar?  Or any ideas for a cheap solution?

Just look for bar's at lazada, it really depends on how cheap you want it.

I never thought about them too for fitness gear until i started looking. I recently bought some rubberized weight plates there. Worked like a charm (though these plates are expensive). But i ordered and had the stuff in my home within a week. 

 

For real equipment i normally buy at ultimate fitness and gymware. But I got my own home gym in my home.
