Long Term House Or Apartment Rental In Koh Samui

I am lucky eNough to be able to work from anywhere in Thailand, and I am thinking about renting a nice 2-3 bedroom House or apartment in Koh Samui

I prefer pool, but beach views would be nice......

Budget up to 100,000 per month, will rent on 1 year lease....

Can anyone assist me as to how much this would cost or a reputable real estate agent in Koh Samui.

I have a 3 bed house with pool and very big flat roof terace,it has a wall all around and electric gates,it is jujst off the ghost road so close to all things,can deal direct with me so no agent.80,000b a month from feb 07.
