Hip revision surgery

I've got a friend who believes he needs a revision on 2 prior hip replacement surgeries he has had over the years. He is looking to have the procedure done by a very experienced surgeon who is currently operating at either Chula or Sirriraj. If there are any recommendations for hip surgeons with US fellowships  please share your experiences

If the desire is to have the surgery itself at either Siriraj or Chula then contact through the private channels of these hospitals:

 

Siriraj:              www.siphhospital.com/en/home

Chula: after hours clinic, 13^th floor of main OPD building – have to go in person to make appointment and there can be long waiting list. But less expensive than Siriraj pvt channel.

make sure that the hip prosthetic is not one on a recall!!

there are a lot of them out there.
