Snoring - Surgery or other options

Featured Replies

Doing a lot of this lately, and will be buying one of those mouth pieces to see if it helps. Another other recommendations ?

Way back I was in a hospital ward after knee surgery, and the nose / sinus surgery guys where there too.  Seemed to be quite painful. Has technology gotten any better or is it still cause stuffed in your sinus cavity for the the first few days ?

What the post op like ?

Thanks

i snored big time every time i lost muscle tone or went 'over weight'.

stay slim and fit - chances are you won't snore.

Please be careful when it comes to sinus surgery.  I had coblation of my turbinates (for congestion, not snoring) which left me with symptoms of something called "empty nose syndrome" (ENS) due to nerve damage.  There is a Facebook group that deals with post sinus/nasal surgery ENS and if you google it, you'll see what an irreversible nightmare it can be.

i wish you the best of luck with whatever path you take.

I have had this done too.. with radio frequency. It was ok.. but now I am back to where i started so it did not really help. (no problems snoring just breathing at night through my nose)
