how to get emoticons?

I only get 5 when I click on the emoticon box, and I can't get more. I know that other people use more. How do I get more?

When you click on the emoticon icon a dialogue box should pop up.

In the top right hand corner of the dialogue box is a drop-down title named Categories.

If you click on that, then click on Emoticons, you should have access to all 73 emoticons currently available on ThaiVisa.

I wish you could just click on one of those 73 emoticons and it automatically gets inserted into your post where the cursor is.

 

I find it quite awkward having to drag the icon into the post window, as often the pop up window full of emoticons is covering the part of the post where I want the emoticon to appear. So I let it get inserted somewhere else and then drag it to where it should be.

I did that and I only get an extra 4 emoticons, none of which are the ones I want.

I just lost the laughing emoticon. It was the only one I used.

My " Emoticons I've Used Recently" is empty but I can still get the 73 emoticons.
