How to know who is the current manager in a company ltd

Hi. Is there a way to find out who is the current manager in a thai company. I gave mine away and now i want to know if the transfer of shares process is completed in the correct way. This is because i received a lettre from the soc sec office towards my former company to pay the last couple of months. I am sure my former staff is not on the companies books anymore. Kind regards.

You can't find out who the manager is but you can find out who the company directors are. To do this, go to a DBD office and ask for a Bor Or Jor 5 form. There is a nominal fee - something like 50 baht.

 

However I would hope that when you gave the company away you completed the share transfer process with the new owners - in which case you would already know these details. 

 

If staff leave your employment you have 15 days to remove them from the Social Fund register or the company is fined.
