I had a couple of Thai birth certificates translated into English by 'Soi Post Office Translation' which were accepted by the UK Embassy. Located on left side heading towards Beach Road and near to the end of the soi.

 

This was a few years back so not sure if still there and can't recall the cost but don't believe it was unreasonable.

I had some business documents translated by Key Visa, opposite BigC on South Pattaya / Suk.

500 Baht per page, reasonable turnover time.
