champers
Was it a giant python before it ate the ducks, or only afterwards?
NeilSA1
So stupid. The snake fed itself as nature intended. Who benefits from the suffering? Will this now become this man's answer in future, to anything or anyone who frustrates him?
Sphere
Quote The man told Oraphan he was seeking epic revenge torn from the Iliad because he believed the serpent had twice eaten his ducks. Could it really be possible that Somchai from Chonburi has been reading Homer?
balo
You think you've heard it all when it comes to snake stories in Thailand , I am sure the snake learned his lesson now , no more ducks on the diet, try dogs instead. .
OttoPollmann
Just imagine a python of 5 meters plus, how many years it needed to reach this size. This python is properly 30 – 35 years old and had survived in a animal unfriendly environment like Thailand. All the rice fields get polluted every year with more and more pesticides and flooded with water. The natural environment of forests get deforested and Somchai let his ducks running free. For this python it was an invitation to perfect meal. Now the question is, what will the police do? They will looking for this guy or keep it for good then it was not a Soi dog. Just remember, the police officer who has shot two Soi dogs because they have bitten his wife and kid. He had to pay 40000B or 2 years imprisonment for animal torture and that for some rabies infected dogs sleeping in front of a 7/11. This double standard makes me shake my head every time. Xircal
Well, that was a bit stupid. He could have sold the snake to the Chinese who pay well for whole snakes especially venomous ones to make into snake wine which is supposed to have magical properties. No points for "venomous."
ChoakMyDee
I hope he killed it after he tortured it. I wouldn't want that snake slithering around pissed off.

xtrnuno41
Just start a bbq and eat it. Think its good meat. Torture makes no sense. Wonder what they do with all those pythons in the USA (Glades), as they are a pest there
onemorechang
i wonder if the snake had got into a locals house and killed a child. Would you lot be shouting so loud now. TIT, up to them. But, it all just don't add up, why not kill the snake and sell it, the skin must have been worth more than the cost of the duck dinner. Or was it typical blind rage and stupidity ? who knows, bunch of crazies some times. Hope the snake recovered but doubt if it has. Fookhaht
I have a natural revulsion to snakes, but torturing any living thing is just sick.
HomeinThailand
The snake did what is natural to the snake, it ate. So what? No reason for what he did to the snake. None.
