No Reply Option On Posts ?

There is no Reply option on posts , only quote which does not connect to reply ?

I also have that in the news section. I can't reply to the thread

New section says  " This topic is now closed to further replies. "  You can only "like" posts there. 

 

The OP might find he is not actually logged in -- needed to reply

Yes but other posters have replied to the thread, unfortunately their is nowhere to reply. Go into the normal threads and replying is no problem.

It was good before the upgrade!!!!!

I have this on any news I can not reply 

and a aim logged in all the time

Replying to a locked topic is not possible, except for admins and authorised mods who may occasionally post an update in a locked topic.
