I also have that in the news section. I can't reply to the thread

New section says  " This topic is now closed to further replies. "  You can only "like" posts there.

Yes but other posters have replied to the thread, unfortunately their is nowhere to reply. Go into the normal threads and replying is no problem.

It was good before the upgrade!!!!!

Replying to a locked topic is not possible, except for admins and authorised mods who may occasionally post an update in a locked topic.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place
