Phuket Airport Power Outage Sparks Investigation
Happens often in my area. The PEA men eventually arrive downstreet and replace a big fuse in one of the transmission lines. In other cases, the first torrential rain of the season causes an outage in a large substation affecting much of the town and suburbs. Whatever it is gets fixed and back online in a few hours. -

GOP Senators Say Trump Caught ‘Off Guard’ by Harris’s Momentum Following Biden’s Withdrawal
It has been 16 days since Biden’s announcement and we have yet to see any changes of strategy. Trump’s advisers may want to have a new strategy but is Trump listening. It’s Trump’s party and he does as he want. Also the fact that he is an old man and unable to adjust to new situation because of his deterioration of his brain circuit which plays a critical role in goal-directing adjustment. Voltage Discrepancy with APC UPS BV1000I-MST: 230V input & 206V output?
OK, so you are actually measuring the output of the UPS whilst it's on mains "pass through". I note that this unit has a built-in AVR which would explain how it's giving out a different voltage to what's going in. What do you see when it's running on battery?
