While attempting to advance page with smart phone on any topic with "next" click ,sometimes an ad appears

instead of next page. Usually health ins. or dental ad.

The ad is very persistent  and have to turn off phone and start over to clear it. Is this normal or can it be blocked ?

This ad, a so-called interstitial page, should have an X at the top right or top left of it to click on to make it disappear. If it does not offer this function, something is wrong and you should send a screenshot of it to support[at]thaivisa.com for action.

I think I've seen the type of ad you're talking about just now, as per attachment. It has no X to tap it away, instead it has, in the lower part of the page, the choices "no thanks" and "install". I wonder if this conforms to Google's requirements.
