I'm looking for a guitar teA her for my son in the Mae Rim area. Does anyone know of one or have a recommendation?

I can recommend a great guitar teacher right in Mae Rim Plaza. If you enter from the highway, at the Kasikorn branch, you will pass the wooden house on your right that only sells pad thai and salabao and coffee with the insanely hot daughter. The noodle shop with flies is straight ahead, and to your left a row of shophouses, including a pharmacy. A few shops up is a place that sells veg food downstairs (the wife's occupation) while her husband teaches music upstairs. My son studied classical guitar with him for over a year and really enjoyed the lessons and liked the teacher.

I couldn't get past the coffee shop. Thought she flew the coop for an airline job, is she still around?

It wouldn't surprise me. I've been away for a few months and my absence might have driven her to run away, possibly with the

tiny dog ;-). I should add that aside from being gorgeous she's quite sweet too.  Anyway, yes, guitar lessons up the road, excellent teacher..
