December 3, 20169 yr Hi all, any experience with above mentioned clinic? thinking of getting my knee treated concerning arthrosis Thanks
December 3, 20169 yr That's interesting. Looks like the PRP treatments originated in Australia, where they have very strict regulations (TGA) about any type of medical treatments. Looking at their price list, they are recommending 4 weekly injections in each injured joint. For example, one knee would cost 19,000 baht and the second knee 5000 baht, so 80,000 baht total to give it a go. http://surecell.co.th/prices If you decide to try it, please let us know how it went.
December 3, 20169 yr I just checked out some info from a PRP clinic in Australia, and they recommend a followup injection (osteoarthritic joints) after 4 weeks and then topup injecdtions at 6, 12 and 24 months depending on symptoms. Yet this clinic in Pattaya is recommending 4 injections over a month. TIT - be careful and do your research.
December 4, 20169 yr Any time you are not clear on weather the person treating you is an actual real certified trained Medical Doctor use caution. I recall reading some adverts where this wasn't clear.
December 6, 20169 yr (The OP doesn't seem to appreciate any help here, but just for the record and for anyone else interested) I contacted an Australia PRP clinic. Here's what they sent me: "Thank you for your email. A full treatment per knee is 2 sessions, one month apart. Each session is $390, which makes a full treatment $780 per knee. Thank you OSSM Team" That works out to about 39,000 baht for the full treatment. The Pattaya Clinic is suggesting 4 treatments per knee over a month @ 20,000 x 4 = 80,000 I can't say anything else, but you can work it out. TIT.
December 6, 20169 yr Author thanks so far - would like to know if someone has 1st hand experience with Sure Cell Pattaya?

Looks like you may have to be the one to try it out and report back to us. Surely if this PRP works for osteoarthritis there should be a lot of chatter about it online by now.
January 21, 20188 yr Anyone tried it yet? I have a bunch of emails from regenexx and the place in Germany where all the sports stars go. I really need to have a closer look at it all as it's been a few months and I can't fully remember but there are cultured stem cells that are better than prp I think. This pattaya clinic is connected to Australian surecell clinics and the guy is currently on the Australian doctors register (I just checked). I did however read something dodgy about stem cell treatment in BKK on google.
