Bangkok Airways website

Featured Replies

Anyone else having problems with Bangkok Airways website?

Trying to check / book a flight, but the last few days cannot even enter departure point. Tried switching off adblock but still no joy.

All other websites OK.

I just used a link that I have in the bookmarks to a secure/encrypted site:

https://www.bangkokair.com/eng

Both Firefox as well a Chrome complain that the security configuration is not correct.

I then did a search for the site and got this unencrypted:

http://www.bangkokair.com/full/en

This works for me.

I can enter my search data and am forwarded to a secure site.

You can also use this directly:

https://bookflight.bangkokair.com/

Looks like they had a problem with the secure version and simply dropped it

Not sure whether this is related to your problem.

Sounds more like a thing for the IT experts.

Moving.

Thanks. The unsecure www.bangkokair.com one still does not work for me. However the bookflightbangkokair one does.

Don't know why. Haven't changed any settings on my computer, and even updated to latest OS last night, but still no difference.

We had issues with the DNS settings on 3BB today. I changed to Googles and all was fine.
