My 90 day Non Imm O will on 19/01 and I will have to apply for my first extension based on retirement.

 

I have been told that Samui Immigration will not accept applications more than seven days before expiry of visa.

 

Can anyone please confirm if this also true for 1st time extensions? Or will I need to go earlier for the first time application?

During the last 30 days is the national requirement or even earlier at some offices.

Don't forget that Samui even require a Medical Certificate for some reason.
