Are there gift cards which can be purchased with a credit card?

Thinking of ways I can add charges to new credit cards to qualify for new card bonuses which are awarded for charging X amount the first 3 months.

Would like to do this either in the USA or Thailand.

 

Any other ideas on ways to meet a credit card charge amount to get bonus awarded if I need to charge more than I normally do during the 3 month period?
