You might want to reduce the size of the pic. Posting files 1/2 a megabyte in size is a tad inconsiderate for our dial-up friends :o

you might want to reduce the moaning about the pic. Posting replies 1/2 off the topic is also a TAD inconsiderate my friend. All i asked was if anyone new where this was...its not a survey of P.C. capabilities.

Judging from past forums i have read on here, i must have had a momentary lapse of sanity to expect any constructive , helpfull , comments or insight .Perhaps the use of the word resort set you off on a spin .It was a place to lay my head and meet some local Thais, long before the farang flood that now lives here and has nothing better to do than run down and bemoan all that is Thai. No ###### wonder the Empire crumbled! I'll waste no more of my time on this site.

Hmmm . . a man without a sense of humour :o

we've offended the op by not being serious....................

26 yrs is a long time for a "resort" to still be in operating when it looks like the above did, a few shack next to the brick factory. you would perhaps have had more luck joining a "brick factory" forum and asking if anyone still knew of one operating in the airport area :o

OP..How many places in your beloved Canada are still the same after 26 years ?????

This is a Developing Country..Get it "Developing" even if it were still there did it occur to you the Tsunami

Might have wiped it out..

From the look of the pic, a strong wind might have done it..

Just for your info Mate..Land here is the most expensive in Thailand after Samui..

And you wonder why the members give you a hard time.. :D:D:o

I think it is the Holiday Inn before the tsunami. They have touched it up a bit now though. HTH :o
