Using AppStore w/o cc?

It is possible to use the App Store without a credit card.  You can chose to register another country's App Store as well.  I've done it, but don't remember exactly how, so wait for someone more knowledgeable to chime in with the details.  I just wanted to let you know it can be done, and it's not difficult.

I used my Thai ATM card, it says Visa on it and my Thai Apple account still works.

Go to the app store on computer without signing in and select an app that is free, after this is will tell you to create an ID and during the sign up process when it comes to payment method there will be an option for no payment method. If you sign up normally without selecting an app (or something that is free) it will ask for CC details.
