Getting married in June, and looking for wedding ceremony place recommendation.

Not big wedding, around 50 guests.

Considering Holiday Inn, Lotus Hotel etc, but maybe you can recommend something ?

Basically, looking for a place that will do everything for us including decorations, catering etc.

 

Have a look at Thailand Weddings.   They do everything and arrange transport from City.

Without question, they do some of the best weddings in Chiang Mai as well as being able to speak English as well. So there is no unpleasant surprises.
