No reputable legal firm in America will touch him with a barge pole, much like no US bank will loan him money. Thailand Cracks Down on Foreigners Using Thai Nominees
20 years ago I set up a cmpany using Thai nominees. I had no idea that what I was doing wasn't legal but I think every year since then there has been a crackdown on the practice. I closed the company long ago. I doubt I was ever on the radar of those policing this but who knows. In the digital age it should be quite easy to track farangs who appear to own 49% of a business and the rest being split across various Thai persons but I'm not sure Thailand has an easily accessible database ot its companies. Looking forward to next year's crackdown already. -

Clutching at straws after being proven wrong about the faithless electors. 😀 Hillary never claimed the count was rgged, she never plotted fake electors' list, and she never organised a "stop the steal" protest and sent a mob to the Capitol. Oh, and she never called a SoS to find her 11,700 votes. How much do you pay for health insurance?
For 750 baht a month... your insurance pays all costs, inpatient and out patient, including all your medication ? (I note that in another thread, you posted that you get your medication from a Hospital directly because a) you can only get that type of medication directly from a hospital, and b) your insurance pays for it... For 750 baht per month - I'm sure many want to know what insurance company that is, because its an outstanding deal !!!! I can't get decent insurance for less than 100,000 baht per year !!! and thats inpatient only. -

The major backers of "populist" trump
Not very democratic when government jobs are filled with not the best qualified, but based on race, sexual lifestyles, etc., etc. Hawaiian is a prime example where anyone with a drop of Hawaiian blood gets preferential treatment. Over eight hundred programs targeting Native Hawaiians and they still aren't satisfied. Look no further.
