Hooray!! I don't know if already mentioned, but its up and running again (at last!).

 

I effected and completed today, simple, but don't forget it works best only on internet explorer, also the correct web immigration address is:

http://immigration.go.th/nov2004/en/base.php

 

You will still get the warning page:

The security certificate presented by this website was not issued by a trusted certificate authority

 (and you will need to click on to continue to the page)
