Received 4th back to back tourist visa. Was expecting warning stamp but was okay if given as turn 50 next month so will switch to a retirement based extension. However, no adverse stamp was given so it really seems to be the luck of the draw or some still unknown process for deciding when to issue the warning. I went in at 10.20 on Tuesday morning and was back in a taxi heading to my hotel by 10.30. Only a couple of people at the desk in front of me.

I think age does come in to the decision making. The fact you're nearly 50 probably helped.
