Hey you farmers, is fresh Buffalo milk produced and sold anywere in Thailand? I know it is in India.

The buffalo raised in India and those commonly raised in Thailand are two different types. The Indian type is a dairy breed. The Thai type is for ploughing and meat. Whether or not anyone is raising dairy buffalo in Thailand I don't know. Perhaps someone else does know?

The Italians use buffalo milk to make the best Mazzarela cheese. It is the best taisting due to its high fat content. A proper Neopolitan pizza must have cheese made from Buffalo milk. Its very expensive and very hard to get.
