I made up a little file which I use on a daily basis for a month at a time over the year. I take 5 consecutive readings and log the middle reading. 5 days a week I usually cut the grass and scrub and take my BP when I come in. I usually have a shower and breakfast and take another set of readings an hour later. Similar to before and after exercise but the other way around.
