Manafort owns a house in VA.  I don't know if his tax domicile is VA, NY, or somewhere else, but since he evaded federal income tax on his foreign payments from dictators he certainly evaded state income tax in some state if the AG of that state is inclined to indict him.  Beyond state income tax evasion some of the financial crimes he has committed are likely to have ocurred in NY, whose AG is an ambitious Dem.

So, others in the Trump criminal enterprise may have criminal liabilities in VA or other states, but not necessarily all of them

Rick Gates, who together with Manafort was indicted, is definitely a resident of Virginia. The judge let him leave his house to go vote there.

Little Rocketman is all-in with impeaching Trump, "The U.S. must oust the lunatic old man from power and withdraw the hostile policy towards [North Korea] at once in order to get rid of the abyss of doom." Welcome to like minded people of the world.

In the meantime you keep your eye the small fish, like the VA election results, while the GOP-Trump Congress stacks the 150 federal positions for life with 'deplorable' judges. The Trump legacy well beyond your lives.

Let's pile-on. Time-Warner stock down after DOJ demands CNN to be sold as condition for AT&T deal. By the time in your delusional Bazille's Democratic 'Cult' dissonance ever materializes for impeachment, you will be living with Trump far into the future. Go look in the mirror, you freak'en elected Trump by your zombie support for Clinton, whose campaign is now exposed as a scam. You were Trumped.

Tuesday's election results strengthen the case NOT to impeach Trump.  The electoral gains in VA, WA, CT, and NJ are due to a greater turnout for Dems, which is significant, because weak turnout in off-year elections has helped the Repubs a lot in the past.  Trump is a great motivator for Democrat voters.  We need him.  If the presidency were turned over to right-wing theocrat Pence, the media would be tempted to sound the all-clear signal.

The best outcome is a lame-duck Trump facing a Dem Congress and paralyzed by the prosecution and incarceration of members of his organization and family.

I think Dem control of both houses of Congress is still a long-shot, but not impossible.  A majority of Americans now believe that Trump commit a crime with the Russians.  The flow of revelations over the next year or two will only strengthen that view.

Not a long shot to flip the house.

But yes for the senate.

There would have to be a smoking gun type thing to convict in the senate.

So, does that mean that Democrats are clear favorites to pick up the House next year? No, not necessarily. I’d say they’re favorites, but not particularly heavy ones.

Keep at it Trump boy.  Perhaps you haven't noticed that Trump keeps nominating judges that aren't qualified for the bench.  How difficult can this job be?

Republicans capitalize on the radicalization of Trump support base.

Keep Trump as POTUS rather than Pence, creationist, radical christian extremist ( if not supremacist) ,   notoriously allergic to science. ..

Not sure what you mean exactly.

I have no idea of what's going to happen.

Like many, I am conflicted about the pros and cons of impeaching the clown potus, if he ever becomes realistically impeachable (the right combination of political climate, offenses, and votes in the house and senate).

Excellent and the takeaway point is trying to have a facts based rational discussion with a trumpist is a complete waste of energy. It's a cult.

Politico has a good piece on Trump supporters in a small rust-belt town in PA.  Right after the election they were enthusiastic for Trump, but warned that they wouldn't tolerate it if he failed to revive the coal and steel industries.  Now they know he will never deliver on any of his promises, but they don't care they love him any way.  Reason seems to be that Trump hates the same people they hate and that's enough.

In short, the deplorables are incorrigible.   But then we knew that already.

Those are blue states. Clinton won those states. It's meaningless, Trump would still win by a electoral vote. It's the same majority of Americans who voted for Clinton while no new news, and no new criminal indictment news on Trump on Russia. Go wish upon a star.

As you noted, the best case Democrats make marginally enough seats in the House and Senate to have neutered Trump's policies and devisive rhetoric. Americans will be normalized over the good economy and  take that for granted, regardless of Trump. He simply, and in most cases, should just shut up, he can't get over himself. For my politics, Trump did affront the issues of immigration, the economy, and the hypocritical government service, liberal, and the entitled virtual social-economic class, the exburbs gated communities and gentrified urban class.  Also, the vote pandering identity politics of Democrats. The base GOP is little different both catering to corporate, social service, and the MIC interests for donor money and votes for the economies in their states.

It it would seem, that the Trump bashers, think America has deep pockets, enough money to give and keep on giving, and tolerable to anything intorable. Trump the 'racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic—you name it'. That's right 'you name it' any excuse, Russians today, who knows next, make it up. In any event, he will have reset the clock of BAU in America. Reinvigorated the land of opportunity, not for a few, but at least for more Americans.

Here is a fairly in depth report from Johnston, PA. and why Trump's base will support him no matter what he does.

I will save you the trouble of reading the whole thing ( though you really should) and just quote the punch line:

The NFL?

“Niggers for life,” Schilling said.

“For life,” McCabe added.

I think I'll wish upon a Mueller instead. You're wrong. This recent election was not meaningless. The anti trump people  are energized. The base trumpists aren't enough.

I’m kinda busy watching something, but I’ll fill you in:

Trump’s top campaign official has been indicted, along with two others on his campaign. Both of them were also closely involved in Trump’s campaign and at least one of them may have been secretly working for Mueller over the last couple of months.

Trump’s national security advisor has been fired and will likely be indicted, along with his son.

A judge has issued a gag order on lawyers of the above as well as others involved, including potential witnesses.

Another high level Trump campaign official and current AG has been shown once again to have lied to the Senate about other Russian contacts that he knew about.

Trump’s Son, a campaign operative and Son-in-law, also a campaign operative, have admitted to meeting Russian operatives in Trump Tower who had promised damaging info on Hillary. They admitted to lying about ever having that meeting. And then about the nature of that meeting.

Yet another Trump campaign official, Carter Page, has testified that he made contacts with Russians as part of the Trump campaign and that he informed the Campaign of those efforts, even though Trump and his campaign have repeatedly denied any Russian entanglements.

This is political porn, and instead of fast-forwarding to the action parts, we are actually enjoying the storyline, so leave us alone; this is between us and our screen!

He also watch Fox News a lot.

Study: Watching Fox News Actually Makes You Stupid

It's not exactly a revelation that Fox News viewers are spectacularly ill informed about current events compared to people who watch other networks. But according to a recent report, the Fox audience knows less even than folks who don't watch any news at all.

Researchers from New Jersey's Fairleigh Dickinson University asked about a thousand people five questions on domestic issues (e.g., "Which party has the most seats in the House of Representatives right now?") and five on international ones (e.g., "There have been increasing talks about economic sanctions against Iran. What are these sanctions supposed to do?").

The Going Out of Business 'Rolling Stone'. The Rolling Stone that lost a defamation case for incompetence and false allegations about a college rape case. The Jann Wenner who offered jobs to women for sex.

The Brain Power was a spoof. You missed that, maybe you should try some. You can order that and Male Vitality on the Infowars website about as real, as what, the Rolling Stone. Jann can join Spacey and Weinstein at the Meadows SPA for dysfunctionals.
