Conditioner for motorcycle seat

Featured Replies

I'm looking for a product that you can use on your motorcycle seat to protect it against UV and wear.  Normally if you take it to a place that wash cars and motorcycles, they will wipe your seat down with some liquid (like Armor All) that makes it nice and shiny - and slick as ice.  Those products, imho, are a danger to put on your motorcycle seat.  You want your seat to grip you, not to slide you off the bike.

So any one can recommend a product that will protect the vinyl without making it slick and slippery?

Ventilated mesh seat cover.

Lasts for years.

These are really good, in sun or rain, I highly recommend them too, I wish I had them earlier....

Better if stapled on rather than relying on the velcro & elastic.

Had the dirt-bike re-done last week .

Under 300B

Under 15 minutes.

Luv it.

Agreed, that mesh product is great.  It stops the hurt if you're wearing shorts and the seat is hot.  Vinyl does get rather hot fast.

And the mesh cover is not expensive.

I re-sewed the elastic velcro tabs on my covers as the factory sewing isn't the best.  And they work a treat.  Easy to take off and wash too.
