Since it is almost non-alcoholic and tastes like piss can probably be sold without a licence. The beer that made Milwaukee infamous!

I don't mind Bud, but Heineken is a very similar lager and cheaper. Beer Lao is decent too and less expensive.

Cheers "Blue" is cheap and a passable lager if you are on a budget and don't want to pay Heineken prices....

Chinese beer no 1

You are right,I forgot about Tsingtao beer (very similar in taste).I never heard of Chinese Snow.Tsingtao beer at one time owned 10% of Budweiser and when the Belgium company bought Budweiser had to approve the sale.Counting all the cases of the beer Budweiser sells under it's different brands they are indeed the most sold "Beer Company" in the world.I wish that I had a Tsingtao right now.

That says a lot about the people that drink it. Its piss. The best American beer i ever tasted was in Georgia years ago. Pabbst Blue Ribbon,it was the only beer at the time that showed the ABV on the bottle. There was one other beer, killians Red, that was quite close to a light ale.

Is there anything that can be done to have it removed? YUCK!!

To be fair if it was free i would drink it. But then again i would drink anything thats free christ i even drank double maxim (maxem)(not sure on spelling). Newcastle brewed i belive it was rank but it was free so i drank as much as i could.

Are you going to give us an update on your post on  returning to visit your  rural home after 4 years away?

I came here to get away from things like that!

I think it is now European owned. Can't blame the Yanks anymore.  55555

I just read an article about a British study that already small quantities of beer may alter the brain.

That explains all about the US election.

Come on guys, he surely can't be talking about the American tasteless rice water they call  Budweiser. He must be talking about the tasty original Czech Budweiser beer, so 100 baht a bottle is great value.

During a lazy afternoon on Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco, I saw a pub that advertised 111 different makes of micro-brew beer, all hand-drawn.

I tried a few of them such as Steamboat, Sierra etc. etc. They were fantastic and disabused me of the common misconception that Americans can't make good beer.

I went back again during the evening to sample a few more, when the place was busy.

To my shock and horror, four out of every five people (mostly Americans) were drinking Budweiser.

Americans can make great beer, it's just that they don't appreciate it.

Years ago my friends all drank "Bud"....today they tell me Heineken

tasts better and about half the price!!   Sorry "Bud". Not worth the price.

Bud...yukk why do you think Americans come over the border in Canada to drink good beer. Man that's one of the worst beers man has ever made.

Pony piss.

That said about bud the US does have some good craft beers. I PA beers are good but big advertising controls the market.

 Entirely different Bud.

Ah, good news, I like a drop of Bud. Hopefully the price will go down a bit if it does well.

Are we talking about this:

or the real thing:

Now the arrival of Czech Budweiser really would be something to celebrate!

American Bud is distinctly underwhelming - I'd rather have a Beer Lao.

Double maxim, Sunderland's equivalent of Newcastle brown

Bloody disgusting but free so had to be drunk

I also saw the Budweiser here at the Family Mart in Samui. I bought a bottle to try it. But after drinking half of it I poured the rest down the drain. It tastes really disgusting. The real Budweiser from the Czech brewery is very nice however. But unfortunately you can not find it here.
