t8769 Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 (edited) Got a new Vodafone Platinum 7, nice little Android photos. But can't get the photos from the phone on my PC when connected. Can't find them! Never had this problem with any Android phone. Not in DCIM or anywhere, searched everywhere but cannot find. Can anyone help? Edited June 12, 2017 by t8769
KhunBENQ Posted June 12, 2017 Posted June 12, 2017 What phone? Maybe a hint about the model/manufacturer would help. My Samsung phone has it on DCIM ("Card -> DCIM -> Camera"). "Phone -> DCIM" is empty (quite obvious).

GSMARENA: Vodafone Smart Platinum 7 OP, what happens when you log into the phone's associated google account on a PC and go to photos.google.com? (If photo sync upload is enabled by default on the google sync account). Else, if the phone has an SDCard, have you looked in both Internal Storage and External Storage locations? On Android devices, the External Storage folder might be named with a alphanumeric quad-quad identifier like: 42AA-1D02 A great go-to app for me when exploring a phone remotely from a PC and transferring files is AirDroid
