Thai keyboard on android phone

I have a problem, I explain 

I want to register my motobike with MSIG,with my new smartphone  and when it comes to put my plate number, I open the keyboard in thai

it's ok for the first block on the left ( tree letters in thai ), and I have 4 letters to write on the right, but I can write only the 3 numbers , the first thai letter and not the second thai letter ; I remember, with my first telephone ( also a Asus ), I had many problems to write the second thai letter, I found how to do it but I don't remember what I did ; there are many indications  which appears ( signs etc ) but I don't understand what they mean 

of course, when I click " next ", MSIG answers " please write a valuable number "; can you help me, please ?

First, how many characters does the field allow you to type (ie: 123456), will your plate ID fit?

If you are using a smartphone APP, try using their website instead.

 

There are 'character code' issues when using non-Latin characters, but that shouldn't matter on apps or webforms that are designed to accept non-Latin data character entry.

I have 5 characters to type ( 3 numbers and two thai letters, the last thai letter doesn't want to appear , there are other signs that I don't understand, I suppose  they allow to write more thai letters but I don't understand how to do : I know a Thai teen who knows smartphones very well, I will ask  her how to do ; I am sure there is something to do , but what ? That's the question

Since you are using a smartphone (Apple iOS or Google Android), they have the ability to download and run mobile (sized) applications right on the phone. These are colloquially known as 'apps'.

 

Looking at the MISG website it shows they have 'apps' for both iOS and Android type smartphones:

Yes, ok , of course I know " apps" , not used to see " APP " ; inside their app, there are three pages where to fill informations, one of them is the plate number, but I solved the problem, I just  left it blank , and the third page opened , because filling the field is not obligatory, after all,  from my paper  folder they know my plate number , but I still don't understand how to fill this field  ( difficult to explain, you don't see how it is ) 

 

thank you for your help, problem solved, just don't fill the field,  leave it blank  ( why did they ask, don't know ? )
